I was born in the Caucasus. There I lived the years of my immature youth.

The period of relocation followed. Together with my family, we arrived in the “ideal” homeland, Greece.

Since then I have been living in Nea Santa, Kilkis.

I went through a difficult journey of searching, indecision, and ignorance, but finally I found it!

I finished school and because I didn’t know, I got a degree in economics, which helped me understand that I belonged somewhere else.

At the age of 38, I found myself at the School of Creative Design and Fashion at the DIPAE, it was one of my most beautiful journeys. I met great people, professors and fellow students, I learned from everyone.

The most defining point in my education was not about art or clothing, but about self-awareness. Ms. Stoikou, visual artist, Assistant Professor of the Department, encouraged me to look within myself to find my truth. “When you find it,” she told me, “no matter where you start, you will always end up at the same point.” Over the years, I have come to realize that she was right.

I worked on several projects – group and individual, participation in exhibitions, distinctions. What interests me is the effect of art on psychology, the emergence of personal aesthetics through clothing and the integration of art into everyday life.

When I work, images, narratives, testimonies from the past come to me, which evoke emotions in me. I feel a strong need to talk about them through my work.

Every time there is the triptych – wool, emotions, tradition.
